Karin has a strong background in global HR processes and has successfully led the implementation of human capital management platforms and the digital transformation of people processes. Karin has also re-organized regions into clusters to create synergies and efficiencies. Karin's education includes a Human Resource Management Program from Stockholm University and additional courses from HEC Paris.
