Maria Groth is a seasoned expert in quality management and information technology, currently serving as the Director of Quality, CISO, and CSO at TECHNIA since February 2013. Groth has significant experience in Product Lifecycle Management, Continuous Improvement, and Software Documentation, having previously held roles as a Quality Manager and Senior Business Consultant, where responsibilities included developing management systems for ISO standards. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Development and Quality at Proximion Fiber Systems AB, focusing on Fiber Bragg Grating products, and holding various engineering and management positions at Powerwave Technologies and Allgon Systems. Groth's educational background includes studies at Frans Schartau and Åva Gymnasium.
