In this role, Frank oversees loss prevention strategies across multiple manufacturing and logistics facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards. Frank's training includes advanced interviewing techniques and threat assessment, alongside certifications such as ASIS Certified Protection Professional and Private Investigator in Tennessee. Prior to Technicolor, Frank had a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, serving as a Superintendent of Cryptologic Training and Senior Arabic Linguist, with training conducted at esteemed institutions including the Defense Language School. Frank holds a degree in Instructional Technology from Angelo State University.
