Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for South LATAM at Technicolor since January 2008, Myrian oversees HR and EHS operations across Brazil and South LATAM, managing recruitment, training, payroll, and strategic HR initiatives. Prior to Technicolor, Myrian was the Human Resources Senior Manager at Thomson from 1999 to 2008, where responsibilities included implementing strategic HR plans and supporting the absorption of a new company. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from CIESA, an MBA from FGV, a specialization in Self Coaching and Business Coaching from IBC, and a Post Graduation in People Management from UFAM.
