Sylvie Cottret is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in strategic HR management and operational marketing, particularly within the technology and telecommunications industries. Since April 2008, Sylvie has served as the Vice President and Worldwide Human Resources Business Partner for Technicolor's Connected Home Division, focusing on HR strategy, talent management, and organizational performance. Prior to this, Sylvie held various leadership roles at Thomson, including General Manager for Global Marketing and Innovation, where responsibilities included managing significant marketing initiatives and integrating teams from acquired companies. Sylvie's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Université Paris Dauphine and an Advanced Executive Certificate from HEC Paris, complementing a solid foundation in International Business and Human Resources from SKEMA Business School.
