Arkadiy Morgenshtein

Senior Adjunct Lecturer at Technion

Arkadiy Morgenshtein is a Senior Adjunct Lecturer at the EE Faculty of Technion - Israel Institute of Technology since 2010, specializing in low-power circuits and power optimization within VLSI. Previously, Arkadiy served as the Director of System and Architecture at TriEye, overseeing the architectural development of advanced automotive imaging products. In a notable role at Medtronic, Arkadiy was the Head of Technological Roadmap and Technical Fellow, guiding technology evaluation and innovation strategy. Additional experience includes leadership roles at IBM Research Labs and Intel in EDA tool development for power reduction, as well as co-founding ZeTa Semiconductor, focusing on ultra-low power digital circuit technologies. Arkadiy holds a PhD, MBA, M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering, and B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, all from Technion.
