Patricia Cachot

Patricia Cachot is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Back Office and Trade Reporting in the Group Treasury, Financing and Risk Department at TechnipFMC since January 2017. Patricia specializes in banking documentation and regulations, compliance, contract negotiations (FBF and ISDA), EMIR reporting, and SOX compliance, and has managed administrative tasks related to credit agreements and banking powers while overseeing multiple team members. With a career spanning from June 1993 in various roles within Technip, including direct management of teams in the Treasury Group Department, and previous positions at Spie batignolles and Spiecapag, Patricia has built a robust foundation in finance and corporate negotiations. Patricia holds a degree in Commerce from IFCE and a Maitrise in Foreign Applied Languages with a focus on English and German from Université de Poitiers.
