Thibaud Durousset has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Thibaud started their career as a Health Safety Environment assignment in the industrial field at VediorBis in 2006. Thibaud then interned as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician at Dalkia, an Electrical Maintenance Technician at OMV, and a Maintenance Engineer at EnBW in 2008. In 2011, they worked as a Business Process Re-engineering Consultant (M.Sc. Project) at Air Canada. Thibaud joined PIMAN CONSULTANTS in 2012 as a Project Manager. Thibaud co-founded Piwag, a video game company, and served as its CEO from 2014 to 2020. Currently, they are working at Technoform as the Commercial & Operations Director France, responsible for a commercial, R&D, and logistics structure with a team of 10 employees in the industrial sector.

Thibaud Durousset earned a Master of Science in Administration (M.Sc.) with a focus in Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, and Operations Management from HEC Montréal from 2010 to 2012. From 2007 to 2010, they obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) from ESIGELEC : ÉCOLE D'INGÉNIEURS-ES GÉNÉRALISTES, specializing in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Project Management, and Accounting and Financial Analysis. In 2009 to 2010, they also pursued a Certificate in Engineering (Master dual degree program) from Polytechnique Montréal, focusing on Electrical Engineering and Entrepreneurship. Before these degrees, Thibaud completed their Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles at Lycée la Martinière Monplaisir from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, in 2014 to 2015, they attended emlyon business school to receive Entrepreneurship training.
