Alex Garcia

Alex Garcia is an experienced professional in the after-sales and spare parts management sectors, currently serving as Technical After Sales Manager Iberia at Technogym since December 2022. In this role, Alex directs after-sales product offer development and strategic pricing, maintaining full P&L responsibility while leading the Service Contract After-Sales division. Prior to Technogym, Alex spent over eight years at AUSA, progressing through roles including Spare Parts Manager, After Sales Engineer, and Spare Parts Technician. Responsibilities included budget creation, marketing plan execution, parts catalog management, warranty management, and technical advising in international markets. Alex holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
