Jheanel Estrada

Jheanel Estrada, Ph.D., serves as the Program Chair and a Professor in the Computer Science department at the Technological Institute of the Philippines since November 2016, building on a solid academic foundation that includes roles as Associate Professor and Instructor at the same institution. In addition, Jheanel holds a Research Fellow position at the Energy Research Institute @ NTU, where involvement in the Autonomous Vehicle project under the LTA and NTU Partnership focuses on Object Detection and Recognition using Camera-Based Sensors. Prior experience includes a Program Chair and Assistant Professor role at Our Lady of Fatima University, a Technical Trainer position at DensoTechno Philippines, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from Mapúa University, completed in 2023.
