Yuri Oliveira is an accomplished engineer specializing in underwater robotics, currently serving as an Underwater Robotics Engineer at the Technology Innovation Institute since March 2022. Previously, Yuri held positions as a Marine Robotics Software Engineer and Marine Robotics Intern at SENAI CIMATEC, where notable contributions included the development of control, localization, and planning algorithms for the FlatFish Autonomous Underwater Vehicle, as well as simulating an underwater remote operation vehicle using ROS and Gazebo.
