Jose Resto

Jose Resto has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Jose is currently the Co-Founder and Partner at Spotery since November 2014, where they are responsible for customer support and addressing inquiries. In addition, Jose has held various roles at Technology Partners Puerto Rico, including Chief Executive Officer since November 2007, where they oversee operations and sales relationships. Jose also served as the BI Practice Manager & Managing Partner at Technology Partners Puerto Rico from July 1998 to November 2007, where they established and expanded the business intelligence practice. Furthermore, Jose participated in the Guayacan Venture Accelerator program at Grupo Guayacán in August 2014, which provided him with resources and mentorship to enhance their business model. Prior to these roles, Jose worked as a Senior Advanced Technology Consultant at Oracle Latin America from 1993 to 1997.

Jose Resto obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico between 1989 and 1995. Prior to that, they completed high school at Berwind High School, where they received a High School Degree in 1989. In addition to their formal education, Jose Resto has also obtained certifications in Social Selling from Xtendo Group | BPO for Customer Experience, Sales & Marketing, and in Watson Assistant for Customer Care from IBM in 2021 and 2020, respectively.
