Rebecca Johnson

Rebecca Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries, with a focus on human resources and people strategy. Rebecca began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as Partner Pensions, before moving on to Charterbridge as an Account Manager. Rebecca then worked at Accenture as a Finance Analyst and Remuneration Consultant. Rebecca joined Morgan Stanley as the Head of Compensation and Benefits - ANZ, followed by roles at Citi as Executive Compensation Specialist - EMEA and Head of Global Mobility & International Tax - EMEA. Rebecca then moved to Suncorp as a Remuneration Consultant and ultimately held the position of Principal HR Business Partner. Currently, they are working at TechnologyOne as the Director of Customer Excellence. Rebecca has a proven track record in managing strategic organizational change, negotiating and operationalizing initiatives, and designing and implementing people strategies to support business objectives.
