Christina Hernandez, M.A., is an experienced professional with a strong background in higher education admissions and client success management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Support at Technolutions since August 2021, previously held the title of Assistant Director of Service. Prior experience includes roles at Chapman University as the Assistant Director of Admission CRM and Admission Counselor, where responsibilities encompassed CRM management and recruitment strategies. Christina's tenure at Loyola University Chicago included positions such as Admission Counselor and Program Coordinator for Communication and Special Events, in addition to leadership roles in customer relations within student housing. Christina holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from UMass Global and dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Loyola University Chicago.
