Luca Balconi has a strong background in hardware design engineering. LUCA worked at Technoprobe as a Senior P.C.B. Hardware Designer starting in August 2017. Prior to that, they held a position at Cipierre elettronica/ifarcad from June 2013 to June 2020 as an Impiegato/Progettista HW PCB Designer.

Luca also had a long tenure at Nokia, starting in June 1997 and ending in May 2013. During their time at Nokia, they served as a Hardware Designer Engineer in the R&D department of Nokia Siemens Network. LUCA was responsible for studying, prototyping, designing, and testing hardware electronics circuits for digital and analogic boards. Luca Balconi attended I.T.I.S. G.Marconi Gorgonzola from 1991 to 1995. LUCA obtained a Diploma in Telecomunicazioni, specializing in Perito in Telecomunicazioni.
