Kanika Bahl currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Evidence Action, overseeing a global organization that impacts 280 million individuals through initiatives in clean water, deworming, maternal health, and nutrition across Asia and Africa. Under Kanika Bahl's leadership, the organization has developed a strategy aimed at doubling its impact and successfully raised approximately $100 million from strategic Silicon Valley investors. Additionally, Kanika Bahl holds positions as a member of the Board of Trustees for Anthropic and as a board member for TechnoServe, where contributions focus on strategic direction and governance. Previous experience includes managing director at Results for Development, where Kanika Bahl launched the Market Dynamics practice, and executive vice president at Clinton Health Access Initiative, where leadership spanned a period of significant organizational growth. Kanika Bahl holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Economics from Rice University.
