Lokesh Radhakrishnan currently serves as the Head of Operations - Manufacturing at TechnoSport, having progressed through roles including Operations Manager and Operations Lead since October 2020. Prior experience includes positions at Wildcraft India as a Production Planner, Quality Auditor, and Industrial Engineer from May 2019 to October 2020, as well as an Industrial Engineer Trainee role in late 2018. A brief internship in Product Development occurred at Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd in mid-2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Textile Technology from PSG College of Technology, and ongoing MBA studies in Global Business Administration at The University of Western Australia, alongside a Professional Certificate in Advanced Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.

We experiment with latest available global manufacturing process and implement them on a large manufacturing scale. Earlier technologies like Moisture management, Anti-microbial, 3d-knit etc... were available only with a select few International brands which charged a hefty premium for the products. Our endeavour is to provide the general customer with a high quality alternate without compromising on the technology. Our vertically integrated production chain include state of the art facilities ranging from Product design, knitting, dyeing, digital printing, finishing, cutting, sewing, embroidery & packaging . With a vision about Sustainable future and being a responsible brand, water conservation, energy savings, and minimal use of resources also receive special focus in each of our facilities. The brand started as a small idea by a small set of people who quit their plush MNC jobs and bet everything to get this ‘crazy’ idea going. There was no seed capital. There was no time to buzz around government schemes or subsidies. The management team comprised of 5 young entrepreneurs from various backgrounds in their early 20’s betting every single penny of their savings to grow this brand with all heart & soul. The production team now comprises of hundreds of skilled workers, technicians, and other employees who strongly believe in their ideas and work tirelessly to full-fill the vision. The biggest pride is our customers who have deep trust in our products and have made us one of the largest sportswear manufacturers in the Country.
