Indran Ratnathicam

Indran Ratnathicam currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Technosylva since March 2025. With a strong background in strategic leadership, Indran previously held multiple roles at Uplight from July 2019 to February 2025, including Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Professional Services Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Senior Vice President of Marketing & Strategy. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Marketing & Strategy at FirstFuel Software from 2011 to July 2019 and as a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group from 2005 to 2010, specializing in growth strategy, marketing, and sales for high-tech and energy clients. Indran also contributed as an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group from 1998 to 2000 and has been an Assistant Coach for Men's Varsity Basketball at MIT since 1998. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
