Sharon Reshef's work experience includes a variety of roles in customer success and management. Sharon started their career as a Call Center Manager at Adir Telecom in 1994 and later worked as a Call Center Manager at Bezeq International from 1997 to 1999. In 2001, they served as a Customer Support Manager at 888.com. From 2003 to 2015, they worked at NICE Systems, where they were a Trainer and Consultant from 2003 to 2008 and then became a Business Consulting Manager for the EMEA region until 2015. In 2015, Sharon joined the University of the People as the Director of Services. Sharon then went on to work as the Head of Customer Success at Consumer Physics, Inc. from 2016 to 2017 and at Roojoom from 2018 to 2019.
