Andrea manages the development and operations of the Engineering, GIS and custom data and asset management services provided by TechServ. Andrea has created, led, and managed program teams that provide engineering, asset management, and process-flow management services and support for distribution, transmission, and substation projects across the United States and its territories. He is responsible for providing TechServ consulting services. Andrea's inquisitive mindset lends itself to clearly understanding our client’s needs and effectively delivering custom tailored solutions to fit their project’s requirements. He is a graduated of the University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He joined TechServ in 2013. As Engineering Operation Manager, Andrea works closely with a variety of clients to ensure the successful achievement of their goals.
