Steven Garske

Steven Garske has a diverse work experience in software engineering and quality assurance. Steven started their career as a Quality Assurance Tester at Sircon in 2009, where they worked in an agile development environment and utilized Black Box testing methods. In 2010, they interned at Dow Corning as an Application Developer Intern, where they designed, developed, tested, and maintained a Winforms cross-server file system searching application using C#/.NET. Since 2011, Steven has been working at TechSmith Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer, Lead. In this role, they are responsible for engineering on the Camtasia team and utilizing C++ and C# languages to build a screen capture and video editing product. Steven also manages multiple engineers and guides them through their career growth, while being part of a small agile team that navigates requirements and product delivery.

Steven Garske earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Michigan State University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011.
