Dave Shor

Dave Shor is a seasoned entrepreneur and mentor with extensive experience in technology and business development. Currently serving as Lead Mentor at Techstars since June 2018, Shor has guided over 30 CEOs through multiple accelerator programs and has earned recognition as an "All-Star Mentor" in both 2023 and 2024. As the Founder and Executive Chairman of Lynq Technologies, Inc., Shor has spearheaded innovations in peer-to-peer device connectivity, enhancing data security and mobility. Previously, at Mercy Nutraceuticals, Inc., Shor led the development of award-winning cognitive performance products and raised significant capital. In earlier roles, Shor directed enterprise-wide process re-engineering at PSEG and co-produced major events with the Costume Cultural Society. Shor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Psychology from the University at Albany.
