Lawrence Monoson

Lawrence Monoson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, mentorship, and strategic consultancy. Currently serving as a mentor at Techstars since September 2023, Lawrence previously co-founded and led RxData as CEO from July 2014 until its acquisition by Edra S. in August 2024. Lawrence's background includes a role as an entrepreneur at Blueprint Health LLC, where support was provided to health and technology startups, and as an analyst at CBPartners, a consultancy for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Earlier experience includes assistant roles at Scintillo and WeR1 Consultants Pte Ltd. Lawrence holds a Master of Science from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McGill University, along with a summer exchange program at Saint Petersburg State University.
