Nora K. is a seasoned professional in customer experience and retention, currently serving as Director of Customer Experience & Retention in the E-Commerce Vertical at Techstars since January 2017, where management of a team for e-commerce and direct-to-consumer startups is a primary focus. In addition, Nora has been a Partner at the London Startup Network since December 2020, providing consulting support to emerging startups. Previously, Nora held the position of Global Talent Partner at EY from December 2012 to December 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from Houston Community College and a certification in Marketing Analytics from Udacity (May 2019 - June 2020).
