Fikret L. began their work experience in 2012 as a Service Technician at Optidev AB. They then worked as a Junior Systemutvecklare for a short period before becoming a Team Leader & Major Incident Manager. In 2021, Fikret L. was promoted to Manager Service Operations at Optidev AB. In 2022, Fikret L. joined Techstep as the Head of Service Operations.
Fikret L. attended Alströmergymnasiet from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Teknik/IT. Following that, from 2010 to 2012, Fikret L. pursued a Högskoleexamen in IT at the University of Borås.
