Damon Spurlock

Damon Spurlock serves as the Director of Workforce Management & Command Center at TechStyleOS, leading a team of 25 analysts and managers in a BPO command center responsible for forecasting and scheduling over 1,000 FTE agents across 17 countries. In this role, Damon collaborates with senior leadership to implement workforce engagement initiatives and develops training plans aligned with budgeting models. Previously, Damon held various positions in workforce management, including Senior Manager and Technical Consultant roles, where responsibilities included workload forecasting and system implementations. Damon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Cloud State University and has extensive experience in contact center operations and workforce optimization.
