Kristina Gamboa

Kristina Gamboa is a seasoned professional in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as a Sr. Diversity and Inclusion Associate at TechStyleOS since August 2019, following previous roles in the organization that include Diversity and Inclusion Associate and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Prior experience includes an internship at the UCSB Department of Geography where Kristina developed a training program aimed at supporting low-income students in sustainability internships, and a supervisory position at Crossroads Trading, managing a team and overseeing store operations. Earlier roles involved administrative tasks at Los Angeles Metro, where Kristina assisted with Talent Development programs and managed internship initiatives. Kristina Gamboa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Labor Studies from UC Santa Barbara, along with a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.
