Tim Koranda

Tim Koranda started their work experience in 1999 as a Product Specialist for Fast Multimedia, where they exhibited and taught classes on the company's flagship Broadcast NLE product. Tim then worked as a Product Specialist for Pinnacle Systems, providing pre and post-sales support and training for clients. In 2005, they joined Avid Technology as an Applications Editor, supporting clients and providing workflow consultation. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Sr. Post Production Engineer at Wexler Video, providing engineering and workflow support for broadcast and film editing clients. Tim continued their role as a Sr. Post Production Engineer at Digital Domain from 2009 to 2012, supporting production teams and maintaining equipment and workflows. In 2013, they became the Director of Technical Operations at Big Picture Entertainment, LLC, where they re-engineered the entire environment and built a proper domain/network infrastructure. Most recently, Tim has been working at TechStyleOS as the Sr. Director of Studio Technology, leading their media technology-driven fashion brand incubator and overseeing their marketing tech stack.

Tim Koranda has a High School Diploma from Mira Costa High School. Tim also attended El Camino College from 1993 to 1995, studying Video Production/Theater. Additionally, Tim received certificates in Avid Certification from International Film and Television Workshops in 1998, and in Producing a Documentary Film from UCLA in 1999. Tim also obtained a certificate in Avid from Moviola Digital in 1999.
