Phillipa Winter currently serves as Chief Technologist at CDW UK, focusing on Health and Social Care since December 2023. Additionally, Phillipa holds the position of Vice Chair and is a member of the Health and Social Care Council at techUK since January 2022. Previously, Phillipa was the Chief Strategist - Public Sector and Account Chief Technologist for Central Government at Softcat plc from August 2021 to December 2023. With extensive experience in health informatics, Phillipa has also served on the Advisory Board for KLAS, and held various roles at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust from July 2012 to July 2021, including Chief Informatics Officer and Joint CIO. Academic credentials include an MSc in Digital Health Leadership from Imperial College London and a CHCIO certification in Information Technology.
