Leslie Yesnik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mining and resources sector. Currently serving as General Manager at Teck Resources Limited since August 2018, Leslie oversees all aspects of Red Dog Operations, focusing on safe production, community relations, sustainability, and mine life extension projects. Previously, as General Manager at Cameco Corporation, Leslie managed the world's largest uranium mine, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations for a workforce of over 1,250 employees. Leslie also played a pivotal role in transitioning Cameco’s newest mining operation through construction to full production, surpassing initial output expectations.
