Masaki Miyoshi holds a Master of Applied Science in Mining Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of British Columbia. Currently serving as the Lead of Campus Talent Acquisition at Teck Resources Limited since March 2019, Masaki has established a student culture promoting connectivity and professional development, engaging over 320 students annually through various events. Previously, Masaki coordinated the Engineering Co-op Program at The University of British Columbia, facilitating career guidance and fostering relationships with over 1000 engineering companies. Additionally, Masaki contributed as a board member of the Talent Marketing Board and conducted research for New Gold Inc. as a MASc. candidate. Recognition includes being a finalist for “Best Talent Attraction Program” for innovative virtual engagement strategies during the global pandemic.
