Jesús David Morales Zea is a professional with extensive experience in the financial and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Leader of the Citizen Laboratory Expedition-Creative Entrepreneurship at Tecnológico de Monterrey since November 2024, Jesús has previously held key positions, including Senior Manager of Digital Strategic Insurance at Afirme Seguros, where responsibilities included digital sales channels and strategic partnerships. At AFIRME Grupo Financiero, Jesús served as Deputy Director of Innovation & New Technologies, focusing on relationships with startups and fintechs, driving internal innovation. Previous roles at Grupo Financiero Banorte spanned from Deputy Director of the SME Segment to Senior Administrative Coordinator, overseeing asset acquisition, development, and client services in investment banking. Jesús holds a Licentiate degree in Accounting and Finance from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, earned in 2015.
