Roger Deschenes

Roger Deschenes, CMA, is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in accounting and financial leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Accounting Officer and Assistant Treasurer at Tecogen Inc. since September 2020, Roger has been integral to the company's high-efficiency cogeneration products. In addition, since June 2018, Roger has acted as a consultant to Forest River Associates, providing financial guidance to early-stage companies. Previous roles include Division Chief Financial Officer at L3 Security & Detection Systems, Vice President of Finance at Implant Sciences and Beacon Roofing Supply, and Vice President, Controller, Chief Accounting Officer, and Assistant Treasurer at Saucony. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from Salem State University and is a Certified Management Accountant.
