Rick Rapallo is a seasoned technical manager with extensive experience in government and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Technical Manager and Technical Expert for Tecolote Research since September 2018, Rick has previously held high-level positions including Chief of the Data Links Division and Program Director at the National Reconnaissance Office from July 2015 to September 2018, and Program Element Monitor for the United States Air Force from July 2012 to July 2015. Additionally, Rick contributed to the US Army as part of the Ministry of Interior Ministerial Advisory Group from 2013 to 2014. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and multiple master's degrees, including a Master of Arts in Military Operation Arts and Science from Air Command and Staff College and two Master of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical/Computer Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
