Sean M. Cross, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Technical Manager for PEO Support at Tecolote Research, Sean coordinates staff directorates and engages in strategic communications for Space Combat Power under the Space Systems Command. Previously, as President and Chief Operating Officer at Helinet Aviation Services, Sean successfully navigated the company through the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring staff retention and financial viability. Sean's distinguished 25-year career in the U.S. Coast Guard included key leadership roles such as Chief of Incident Management, Commanding Officer, and Budget Manager, where responsibilities spanned operations across the Pacific Northwest, management of complex budgets, and logistical transformations. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, a Master of Science in Business Administration for STEM Professionals from Purdue University, and a Master’s degree in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
