Aswathy Govind

Aswathy Govind has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Branch Sales Manager at HDFC Bank before transitioning to HR roles. Aswathy served as an HR Manager at Varna Group Of Companies and later as a Hospitality Recruiter at Kamaxi Overseas Consultants. In 2018, they joined TMI Network as a Human Resources Operations Specialist. Then, they worked at C2S Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Executive Human Resources from 2019 to 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they served as an HR Manager at Consumer Cloud Technology Services. In 2022, they worked as a Freelance Human Resources Consultant before becoming the Head of Human Resources at TecQubes Technologies in 2023.

Aswathy Govind completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource and Marketing from Mahathma Gandhi University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Finance, General from the University of Calicut.
