Andrés Benavides is a Sr Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and automation, currently working at Cooperativa de Trabajo TECSO Ltda. since March 2021. Previously, Andrés held similar positions at McAfee and Intel Corporation, engaging in Scrum methodologies, backend technology leadership, and software security engineering. Key responsibilities included QA automation, test case definition, and development of new product features utilizing a diverse stack of technologies such as Java, Spring, AWS, and various database systems. Andrés also has a background in development with .NET and has completed a Master of Business Administration and a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, as well as a course in Innovation Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
