Oscar Perez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and software development, currently serving as Líder de Área / BU Manager at Cooperativa de Trabajo TECSO Ltda. since March 2007. Key contributions include leading the development and implementation of the SIAT-GPL project, overseeing the Canjearte exchange platform, and managing the CISA Finance and Zapsaude projects focused on financial planning and health service management, respectively. With a strong technical background, Oscar has also participated in the architectural design of the Tecso Core project and contributed to various banking applications, including home banking solutions and client communication systems for CITIBANCK. Prior experience includes a role as a developer for the SILEG system at Desarrollo de sistema SA. Oscar holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires, earned between 2001 and 2010.
