Marikannan Muthiah

Marikannan Muthiah is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as the Group Information Technology Manager at Tecton Engineering and Construction since September 2011. In this role, Marikannan oversees IT infrastructure for over 2000 staff across multiple servers and applications hosted on hybrid cloud environments, managing a team of 11 Help Desk professionals who handle substantial call and incident volumes. Previously, Marikannan held positions as Senior System Engineer and System Engineer, focusing on IT service management and systems deployment. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Administrator at Sysx Software Solutions. Marikannan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Analytics at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
