Andy Chen has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. From 2016 onwards, they served as the COO of Shanghai Yibai Information Technology Co., Ltd., where they provided comprehensive solutions for small businesses related to payment, procurement, and finance. In 2014, they worked as a responsible person for mobile application projects at Xiao Zhan Education, where they were involved in market research, product design, and development. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Director at Tectura in 2010 and as a CRM Director at SUNIVO Group in 2013. Andy also gained experience as a CRM Project Manager at TNT in 2009 and as a Senior Consultant at Tectura from 2007 to 2009. In 2005, they started their career as a Senior Consultant at Asuper Management Software Co., Ltd.
Andy Chen received their Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Southwest Jiaotong University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In 2012, they attended Aura and obtained a PMP certification.
