Damian G. Zikakis

Damian G. Zikakis is an experienced executive coach, career development coach, and CliftonStrengths trainer, currently leading DGZ Coaching and serving as a consultant at CFL at Hope College. With over 20 years of C-suite executive and CPA experience, Zikakis specializes in enhancing leadership effectiveness through self-awareness and objective feedback. As a Gallup-certified Strengths coach, Zikakis focuses on improving engagement and performance for individuals and organizations. Zikakis also coaches TED Fellows and provides career coaching for alumni at the University of Michigan. Previously, Zikakis held significant roles including Director of the Career Development Office at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and Managing Director at Boyden. Educational credentials include a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Michigan and training from Corporate Coach U International.
