Laura Indolfi

Laura Indolfi is the Founder and CEO of PanTher Therapeutics, a clinical-stage oncology company focused on innovative localized cancer treatment. With a strong background in materials science and engineering, Laura has held various leadership roles, including Founding Member of Chief, an organization dedicated to advancing women in leadership, and Advisory Board Member for WEST, which supports women in science and technology. Laura's contributions extend to the TED fellowship program, initiatives aimed at supporting women entrepreneurs, and past roles in mentorship and research at prestigious institutions like Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center and MIT. Laura holds a Ph.D. in Materials and Structure Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, complemented by extensive postdoctoral experience and leadership training from MIT Sloan School of Management.
