Prior experience includes an internship at Ansell Lanka (Pvt) Limited, where Dinusha worked on stabilizing natural latex and designing a temporary bin card system. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sustainable Process Engineering from the University of Moratuwa and multiple certifications in quality management and lean six sigma. Additionally, Dinusha has experience in education and training from previous roles at the Institute of English Maharagama and Bank of Ceylon.
