Lt Cdr Swathi Patarlapalli (Retd) currently serves as Head of Human Resources & Administration at Teejay Group, starting in January 2024. Previously, Swathi had a distinguished career in the Indian Navy from March 2013 to December 2023 as a Senior Project Manager, leading cross-functional teams in agile project management and collaborating with various stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives. Swathi also participated in the historic all-women circumnavigation expedition, “Navika Sagar Parikrama,” where meticulous planning and navigation skills were pivotal to its success. Furthermore, Swathi's experience includes roles as a Network and Operations Manager and Administrator, ensuring air traffic safety during commercial and military operations. Prior training as an officer in both the Indian Air Force and the Indian Naval Academy laid the foundation for a comprehensive career in aviation and military operations. Swathi is currently pursuing a Long Duration Programme in Business Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Andhra University.
