Pasindu began a career as a Trainee at Ceylon Electricity Board, gaining experience in bulk electricity supply and system control. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Energy Management from Open University of Sri Lanka (2024-2025), an MBA from University of Kelaniya (2020-2022), a TPM Practitioner Certificate from Institute of Lean Management (2018), a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of the West of England (2015-2017), and a National Diploma in Technology from University of Moratuwa (2012-2015).
