Robert Lydick

Robert Lydick is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the broadcast and media industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology and Station Operations at TEGNA since October 2016, Robert has previously held key positions including Vice President of Station Operations and Regional Director of Technology at KARE 11, and Director of Technology at KSDK-TV NewsChannel 5. Earlier in the career, Robert worked at Gannett as Project & Planning Manager, and held various roles including Project and Planning Analyst and Information Analyst. Robert began professional development as an intern at USA TODAY. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Minor in Communications from the University of Lynchburg, completed in 2006.
