Kitty Kubo is an experienced professional in public sector innovation and healthcare transformation, currently serving as Project Lead for the Public Sector Innovation Fund at Riigikantselei since June 2023. Kubo has held key mentorship roles at Tehnopol, focusing on health tech scale-ups and project innovation, while also contributing as a Visiting Lecturer in Leadership in Healthcare at EBS Executive Education since 2019. With a background in research and consultancy since 2012, Kubo has worked internationally on various healthcare projects. Previous positions include Health System Innovation Partner at Roche, Innovation Lead at the Estonian Health Insurance Fund, and roles within the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Estonian Academy of Sciences, contributing to strategic initiatives in personalized medicine and health system innovation. Kubo holds a Master's degree in Economics from Tallinn University of Technology.

The Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol foundation is a science and business campus which aims to advance technology-based entrepreneurship in Estonia, bring scientists and entrepreneurs together and provide suitable services and a suitable environment for the realisation of breakthrough business ideas.
