Prior to joining the company, Catherine was the Integration Legal Counsel & Business Manager Director at Microsoft, leading the acquisition and integration of a major Robotic Process Automation company (Softomotive) into Microsoft’s Power Automate solution. With her extensive knowledge and expertise, Catherine effectively collaborates with clients and stakeholders to bring simplification and clarity into the most complex enterprise environments and transactions.
