Ron Yonker

Ron Yonker has extensive work experience in the field of forecasting and scheduling. Ron currently serves as the Global Head of Forecasting and Scheduling at Tek Experts since April 2021. Prior to this role, Ron worked at Concentrix as the Senior Director of Global Forecasting and Scheduling from June 2008 to April 2021. Ron also held the position of Director of Contact Center Planning at OfficeMax from September 2000 to June 2008. Before that, Ron worked as the Director of Telecommunications at Warrantech from March 1999 to September 2000. Ron started their career as a Section Manager of National Customer Support at GTE Internetworking from 1997 to 1999 and previously worked as a Site Business Planner at Stream International from 1994 to 1997.

Ron Yonker obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Houston between 1989 and 1991.
