Mahesh Kulkarni has extensive work experience, starting in 1993 as a Senior Design Engineer at UB Engineering Ltd. Mahesh then worked as a Project Lead at CashTech Solutions India Pvt Ltd from 1997 to 2003. Following this, they were a Project Manager at MPhasis BFL, Mumbai from 2003 to 2006. Mahesh also served as a Project Manager at Mphasis Corporation during the same period, where they participated in project proposal creation and led efforts in requirement study and effort estimation. From 2006 to 2017, they held roles such as Senior Project Manager and Group Project Manager at Infosys, where they managed multiple projects. Mahesh then joined Cognizant in 2017 as an Engagement Partner and later became Director - Projects. In 2019, Mahesh co-founded Jet E Bikes and served as a Co-Owner until 2022. Additionally, in 2019, they joined Tekdi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President of Service Delivery and later became the Chief Operating Officer.
Mahesh Kulkarni completed an Advanced Diploma in Computing from CDAC - Pune in the year 1998. Mahesh then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Industrial Electronics from Shivaji University, and a Master of Management Science with a focus on Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University. In addition to their formal education, Mahesh also obtained a PMP - PMI certification from IBM Websphere Certification in the year 2006, although the specific month is unknown.
